This gel was made to lock in water and define all hair textures, while giving balance and luminous shine for long-lasting style without compromising the health & integrity of the hair. The CURL’FORMER 3 is excellent for a curl define, braids, twist outs, edge control and spiking the hair. For best results, use The Gratifier and The Truth, which are formulated to provide maximum hydration. Our products are water-based and contain NO oils. Recommended for professional and experienced consumer use. If new to the brand, we recommend either the foam or the cream to start.

Apply THE CURL’FORMER from root to tip after cleansing with THE GRATIFIER Shampoo & THE TURTH Conditioner. Allow the gel to emulsify into a foam-like mousse in your hands. Ensure hair strands are saturated with water, distribute the foam thoroughly by finger combing through the hair, locking in the moisture while defining and setting the curls. Note: Add water for better slip and manageability as desired.

you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within six (6) of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at xpo@xpoh2o.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RAM) number. After receiving an RMA Number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Packing and conditions of items purchased, then mail your return to the following address:

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
- FDA Law prohibits returning any hair products due to possible contamination.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

- A $6.50 restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
- FDA prohibits returns of hair care products due to possible contamination. Credit with pictures of damaged items/package.

Please note we are expecting longer than usual shipping times.
We ship to the continental 48, Alaska, Hawaii, and other US Territories and holdings.
UPS Standard Ground: 5-7 business days.
Orders placed after 12pm are processed on the following business day. UPS does not deliver on weekends, even for expedited orders.
Orders placed on weekends or public holiday will be processed on the following working day.
We only ship to P.O. Boxes within the continental US. We do not ship to military addresses.
How Much Will It Cost To Ship My Order?
Shipping costs can be estimated in your shopping cart before check out. Please put all of your desired products into your cart and then view your cart. When in your cart click “estimate shipping costs” to preview your shipping options and costs. We cannot provide personalized shipping quotes via email, chat or over the phone.
Can You Change The Address On My Order After It’s Been Shipped?
There is a $16.40 charge incurred to change your shipping address with UPS after your order has shipped. While we are happy to facilitate those changes, the fee will be the responsibility of the customer. The best way to avoid additional charges is to review your order confirmation. If you notice a problem with your address please email us within 10 minutes of placing your order during normal business hours and we will attempt to make changes before your order has shipped.
I Haven’t Received My Package, But UPS Says It Was Delivered. What Happens Now?
The first step is to search around your home and check with your neighbors to ensure your order wasn’t mis-delivered. If, after searching the property, your package cannot be located, we will open a tracer with UPS. Tracers can take up to 8 business days to be completed, and we cannot issue a reship or refund until the process is complete.
